Mucho Plants – FOB Trade Terms |
1. Seller’s Obligations
1.1 The Seller is responsible for handling all export-related documents and procedures in Taiwan, including
export licenses, phytosanitary certificates, and customs clearance.
1.2 The Seller shall deliver the plant goods to the carrier (airline or shipping company) at the port/airport of
departure in Taiwan. Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, the risk transfers to the Buyer.
1.3 The Seller shall provide the Buyer with the necessary documents, such as the commercial invoice,
packing list, and any export-side documents required for plant importation.
2. Buyer’s Obligations

export, including freight, insurance, import customs clearance, duties, and quarantine in the destination
country.
2.2 The Buyer shall confirm local regulations and quarantine requirements for plant importation. If the goods
cannot be cleared due to import restrictions or non-compliance with quarantine rules, the Seller bears no
responsibility.
3. Disclaimer
3.1 During international transportation, plants may be affected by time, environment, loss, or quarantine
delays that impact quality. After delivery to the carrier, the Seller shall not be liable for the condition, delay, or
damage of the plants.
3.2 These terms are based on FOB (Free on Board/Airport) delivery. Both parties should reconfirm export and
import regulations prior to shipment.
